I think if somebody uses your service, you should not just send the traffic back like you want. I try to save the clicks for my game to get it more popular and now the clicks are sent to some guy’s game!???

You could have submitted a ticket about the situation in our system. We would have been very happy to solve the problem together.

Honestly, I did not know the game from sniperflashgames.com belong to site freegamesplanet.com. It was my fault to assume that freegamesplanet.com was just using a random game to trade traffic.

Your banner image was under performing and yes, I did try to create a better image for the current game. However, it was not possible.

I then try to find the sponsored/exclusive game section on freegamesplanet.com. But it was not available.

Not only this, you send traffic to games that don’t belong to me!? Huhu???

You are actually acting like I am sending traffic to another gaming site using your account.

I then proceed to create a few attractive game images to send traffic to your SITE for a game that doesn't belong to freegamesplanet.com (which you are doing with your own created ad..to a game that doesn't belong to freegamesplanet.com)

This was truly a misunderstanding. We always try to send the traffic back the same way the webmaster wants. If they created an ad using their own sponsored games, we would always do the same.

The idea behind our traffic trade program is to minimize webmasters' managing time. So we always strive to alert webmasters if we notice downtime for their sites..we try to create gaming ads using the same principle as the webmasters.

You could have just send a submit ticket and told us you will take care of your own account as that sniperflashgames.com sponsored game is actually your sponsored game.
We would have apologized and happily returned the total clicks credit to you in a matter of hours. (357 clicks in total)

I have to ask you a question.

Since you own BannerFlux, would you be happy if I go to a forum that you don't frequent to bash your service publicly before trying to solve it with you? Especially when I am an owner of another kind of banner exchange?

One thing You are right is we should improve our communication and alert the webmasters before we make changes to their accounts. I will let all my co-workers to know about that and we will improve on that.
