What site do you use when purchasing traffic?

Private sale purchases direct from sites

But I find alot of sites either deliver slowly, or tier 3 is mostly asian countries like china, taiwan etc which are hard to monetize, unless you recycle them back to the same network.

I know I should look at adwords etc, but I dont have alot of funds to spare for them so I buy smaller packages through resellers.

Whats sites have you had success with and how fast do they get delivered ?
