AWF news 4/17/11

Hello AWF’ers!

We have a lot going on at AWF.

VBexperience: You get points for referrals, threads, posts, Itrader….so on. These points can be used for things coming up in the near future. Different titles, glows, so on, but for now you can use them on …Poker!
Poker: We installed poker on the site and it has been well received! I don’t know about you, but playing a few hands is FUN. You can exchange some of your VBexperience points to play. Right now we limit to 1,000 points a day. We are also looking to have a poker night soon! Stay tuned. In the mean time try a few hands…fun….fun….fun!! I am wondering who will take GEO’s coin from him!!!
Classifieds: as of today, we are going to pause this MOD. We might bring it back in the near future.
Templates : We had several templates for AWF and we let you choose what one you liked. The maintenance was HIGH. Every time we made a new mod or change we had to fix or add to all of the templates…..what a pain! Therefore we are going to concentrate on one.
TAPATALK : For those of you that use mobile we have installed this app http://tapatalk.com/ it allows you to use AWF on your mobile and get update and alerts via your mobile. The app is cheap and can be used across multiple forums that have TAPATALK installed. I strongly suggest going to it since we might do away with the mobile template. It is very hard to maintain multi templates.
Up coming chats: We have some GREAT chats lining up.
- XweaselX- subject will be SEO and arcades
- Skyway.Studio – Subject will be game developing
- GOOGLE – this one is in progress. With all the talk about how and where to use adsense on your sites and not get banned! If you have a contact at G that can or is willing to be our VIP guest, please shoot us an email or PM.

We are still growing but could still use your help. If you can put a 1 line in your sig for AWF at your forums you vist…that would be GREATLY appreciated!
