I'm looking for linkexchanges with other arcades, i'm not that picky but i would like them to be hosted (server) in the USA (to rank better, even though im hosted in Holland).
My site has a PR2 and your sites has to be PR2 or higher (or alot of backlinks to make up for it). Index to index or 3 way links are fine.
