    SurgeDirect Footers Now CPC or CPM!

    Well arcadewebmaster members and existing SurgeDirect Publishers we decided to listen to what everyone wanted, the option of either CPC or CPM. Surge Direct now offers the option to run the footer on a CPC or CPM campaigns. This is huge annoucement for us and a huge advantage to you the publisher.
