What I said in May 2011 is now becoming reality.

As a small group of arcade owners we couldnt do much about this. Luckly they decided to play with some of the big boys.

I will say it again.....this is just another part of the puzzle of G taking over the arcade biz and other niches.

Yup, they can do what ever they want..
If they wanted to kill Bing they could, they would force malware/virusses via google search into millions of computers and they got a private botnet.

They could do what ever, it's scary.

Much as I do not like Google, I have to say that the idea of the gov getting involved concerns me. Google is not a utility, and people are not forced to use it. That makes what they do a market problem. Anytime the Gov gets involved in the free market, the free market gets less and less free, and screws things up with its unintended consequences. We have had so little in the way of free market in so long, what we have melted down starting back in 2007, and is still fighting to correct the imbalance caused by government interference. We could have been done and over with this economic melt down by now if government had just gotten out of the way and let banks fail, Government Motors fail, Fannie and Freddie fail, etc. Yea, woulda hurt big time, but not as bad as it is with them trying to save us from our own stupidity. Anytime you have government step in and interfere with a free market, it causes unintended consequences, and they almost always hurt worse than what they are trying to fix. What I want to see, is the market bring Google down, by people boycotting them.

People are not forced to use G..??...54% of the Worlds population think G is an operating system....lol..

Yea, that just means Google has better a better marketing/PR dept than most companies. Sorta like Mickeysoft ain't the best operating system around, but most people think its part of the computer, can't be changed except to a newer version. Better marketing is all. Hell, for that matter, most Americans think their government is the best on Earth and is out to protect them. Just shows how stupid people can be is all.

If so, whats the big problem in it. Big G can do anything, after all they are kings over here and everywhere.
