AdSense OPT-IN gambling question

I think most have seen that AdSense now allows OPT-IN to show gambling ads/banners.

My question is, like most of you I run other sites besides arcades. I would like to OPT-IN to see what it does.....BUT.....

Being a AdSense NOOB, I dont know if it is possible to NOT show gambling on arcade or sites kids will be at?
When I check "allow" it has

You may not opt into gambling ads if your AdSense site(s) is targeted at individuals under 18 years old. By opting into receiving gambling ads, you confirm that your site(s) is not targeted at individuals under 18 years old.

So how do i run on my other sites????

That is the question I have also. Plus it seems like you get into trouble easier with gambling ads.

Not sure if it can be done for individual ads..
Google should make this function, just like the categories like healt, gaming etc.. in ad center, they should get that for every website you have, not for your whole account.

Maybe you need a gambling cert to continue.....
